Idaho Pacific’s in house sales staff will process your order

Kosher
All of our potato flakes, potato flours and potato granules are
certified Kosher by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of
America (O.U.).
Halal
Upon customer request, Halal certification can be provided.
American Institute of Baking (AIB)
and Plant Certifications
- Were you aware that the American Institute of Baking (AIB) conducts
one of the most rigorous plant inspections for food safety and
hygiene in the food processing industry? AIB has once again in
2004 awarded Idaho Pacific a “SUPERIOR” rating for
the annual plant audit. A “SUPERIOR” is the highest
rating awarded by the AIB. We are proud of our track record of
high quality and supplying superior dehydrated potato products
to our customers.
- Our AgraWest Foods facility in Prince Edward Island, Canada
received accreditation for its HACCP program from the Guelph Food
Technology Centre.
