- Were you aware that the American Institute of Baking conducts
one of the most rigorous plant inspections for food safety and
hygiene in the food processing industry? AIB has once again in
2004 awarded Idaho Pacific a “SUPERIOR” rating for
the annual plant audit. A “SUPERIOR” is the highest
rating awarded by the AIB. We are proud of our track record of
high quality and supplying superior dehydrated potato products
to our customers.
- AgraWest Foods HACCP program is accredited by AIB International
and Guelph Food Technology Centre.
